NATIVE SPECIES

Many of the native species available in Oman have great features and can survive in its natural environment. Among native species you will also find superfoods such as the Moringa tree. In this way the project combines biodiversity, climate balancing and promoting of commercial benefits

The following tree species were planted with over the past six months in Dhofar, as part of SERC:

Many more species are at hand, however, and will be part of the project in the coming months and years.
